A Vintage Home

We are spoilt for choice with gorgeous, inspirational books about how we can transform ourselves into domestic goddesses, and how with a twirl of a feather duster we are able to effortlessly incorporate vintage and vintage inspired elements into our lives and homes.

We’d love to hear from you about your vintage bibles. We can’t wait for Pearl Lowe’s new book ‘Pearls Place’

Blogger Barbara from ‘Vintage and Home Made‘ recommends ‘Vintage Home’ by Sarah Moore… which is out TODAY!

Sarah Moore

If you loved Sarah’s other book ‘Homemade Gifts Vintage Style’, as much as I did, then you must put this book on your wish list for this month.

Sarah knows about vintage pieces as she started making and selling them at craft fairs. Sarah also has a website, which sells original pieces, and useful hand made gifts. Some of her pieces have been featured in well known magazines like Vogue, Saga and Country Living.

‘Vintage Home’ will inspire you to have a go at revamping your home with over 50 projects, some so easy that could be completed by amateurs in an evening. From paper-lined cupboards, Bolster cushions, table cloths and napkins, or blanket curtains and patchwork wallpaper, to name a few.

Thanks Barbara, we’re popping out to get our copies now!
